Routine job is that inspect customer's equipment and backup data tape every day. Monitoring application server status. Inform system division to troubleshooting when the server is not normal. Monitoring WAN circuit and Internet connection. Contact with CNC or CT to troubleshooting and track the trouble, if the circuit down. Monitoring GSCM system in all day. Contact with 2nd line and support desk to troubleshooting, send Issue report and track trouble process until resolve it. Receive e-mail trouble report. Analyse e-mail trouble briefly, and send to mail engineer.
